We do have helmets available. Any scooter passenger who is age 16 or younger must wear a helmet at all times when riding the vehicle. Violation of this rule is a noncriminal traffic infraction that is punishable as a nonmoving violation as provided in chapter 318 of the Florida Statutes. Wearing a helmet is a good safety practice for any scooter rider.
Oct 2021- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (EDT).
- This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
