Starfish I held, tour guide took around to everyone to hold if they wanted too. Easy to communicate during trip with everyone. Water wasn’t pretty but you can’t control that. Great time at the beach, shelling and looking for sea creatures. Found beautiful shells and live star fish, clams, and many crabs living in shells.

Getting into the kayaks was easy, and the instructions on how to maneuver and control the kayak were clear and helpful.Our guide, Eric, also made the experience especially enjoyable by sharing interesting facts about manatees and dolphins, including their habitat, behavior, and hunting techniques.The combination of excellent instruction, beautiful surroundings, and fascinating information made this an unforgettable experience.I would highly recommend this tour!

Captain Gary was extremely friendly and provided excellent commentary during the tour. Having a smaller sailing party helped make the experience more personal as we moved around the neighboring island and spotted some dolphins along the way - a pair of them actually came close to the boat to play and say hello before looking for food.

Supremely enjoyable way to spend the morning touring Marco Island by boat.
My husband and I went on this tour today, about 11am. Three others joined us. The boat is comfortable and has enough room for 6. However, it was more comfortable with one less person! Captain Gary was a substitute today and did an awesome job. He is former Coast Guard and 5th generation Marco Island resident. He knows his way around a speed boat, the marine animals, safety protocols and had a wonderful, thoughtful personality. We enjoyed our two hours with Gary and the other three guests. Lots of photos of pretty sites and actual Dolphins swimming around our boat and engaging with us. Saw million-dollar homes, some of famous celebrities, and Gary has actual knowledge of personalities, historical legends, and wonderful knowledge of marine life. What to expect: This tour actually begins in Goodland, right next to Marco. Easy-Peasy to find. It is an older section of the area, down-to-earth atmosphere.....colorful actually. There is lots of history, I'm sure. Restrooms are right across from the parking lot mentioned in the tour, but you may have to go looking for the owner (or his buddy) to locate them. Very clean. No restrooms the entire 2 hours, so beware if you drink beer....which you must provide yourself. It is NOT a party boat. It is strictly for sightseeing, but they are accommodating, should you like to bring something. Do NOT dress up, no heals, that kind of thing. Shorts with a top is exactly fine. No food is provided, so a snack if you find it necessary. We really enjoyed our "adventure": simple, fun and enjoyed beautiful scenery around the island by boat. Thank you, Captain Gary, for your entertaining stories and sharing your personal knowledge of the area.
